Rules of the establishment :
- animals not authorized
- smoking is not permitted inside the house
- it is not permitted to take out of the villa any material and equipment
- every broken, damaged ou missing object must be replaced or will be deduced from your deposit
- all additional cleaning is in charge of the customer
- the correct number of people must be announced when the reservation is booking
- children are under customer responsibility. we disclaim all responsibility
- check-out cleaning is not included in the price of the booking
- cleaning and change of towels during the stay is included (the staff schedule will be communicated after making the reservation)
Conditions / Tarifs :
To guarantee your reservation you must pay by bank transfer 50% of the total amount at the time of your reservation and the remaining amount 30 days before the entry date.
A deposit of €900 must be paid to guarantee any possible damages and will be refunded at the end of your stay.
Arrival 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. / Departure 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
