Rules of the establishment :
- animals not authorized
- smoking is not permitted inside the house
- it is not permitted to take out of the villa any material and equipment
- every broken, damaged ou missing object must be replaced or will be deduced from your deposit
- all additional cleaning is in charge of the customer
- the correct number of people must be announced when the reservation is booking
- children are under customer responsibility. we disclaim all responsibility
- check-out cleaning is not included in the price of the booking
- cleaning and change of towels during the stay is included (the staff schedule will be communicated after making the reservation)
Booking Conditions :
The booking shall become binding and final subject to full compliance with the conditions set out below.
Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours from confirmation of the booking, the guest is required to pay the full booking amount by bank transfer and to provide the owner with proof of payment.
A security deposit of EUR 1,500 must be paid no later than twenty (20) days prior to the arrival date. This deposit shall be refunded within a maximum period of seven (7) days following departure, subject to there being no damage and after inspection of the property.
The rental agreement, duly completed and signed, must be returned to the owner within twenty-four (24) hours of the booking, together with the payment, and accompanied by copies of valid identification documents for all occupants.
The number of persons declared at the time of booking is contractual and must be strictly adhered to. Any excess or failure to comply with this requirement shall result in immediate cancellation of the booking, with no refund of any sums paid.
Guests agree to comply with the house rules of the property. In the event of any breach of the house rules, the owner reserves the right to terminate the booking with immediate effect, without compensation or refund.
